Your subscription automatically renews each month, but you are completely free to skip a month or cancel at any time.

Every box is designed around a specific household or personal care theme (like The Clean Slate or Fresh Paws & Floors). You can expect a curated mix of full-sized and high-quality travel/trial-sized items, including plant-based soaps, non-toxic multi-surface sprays, sustainable cleaning tools, and eco-friendly home accessories, and self care products. We partner with leading ethical brands like Grove Co. and Blueland to ensure your home stays sparkling clean without compromising your values.

Absolutely. Animal welfare is the entire heartbeat of our company. We strictly source products from brands that are officially certified cruelty-free by trusted third-party organizations like the Cruelty Cutter App, Leaping Bunny Program or PETA’s Beauty Without Bunnies. Furthermore, because we love animals as much as you do, we prioritize non-toxic, plant-based formulations that are completely safe to use around your dogs, cats, and human family members.

We choose our partners based on strict individual brand certifications from the Cruelty Cutter App, Leaping Bunny and PETA. We align with major animal welfare organizations that believe supporting cruelty-free subsidiaries sends a powerful message to corporate conglomerates that the future of consumer goods must be 100% animal-safe.

Paws & Purpose Co. is a mission-driven brand. A flat $3.00 from every single monthly box sold is dedicated directly to funding national and local breed-specific dog rescues, helping to rehabilitate and rehome laboratory-survivor animals.

National Dog Rescue: $3.00 from every organic subscription box purchased through our website goes directly to The Beagle Freedom Project, our National dog rescue partner.

Please note: Paws & Purpose Co. is a for-profit e-commerce business, not a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Your monthly subscription fees are retail purchases and are not individually tax-deductible.

To keep our inventory sustainable and reduce carbon waste, we operate on a strict monthly cycle:

• The Cutoff (15th of the month): This is the final day to subscribe or modify your subscription to receive the upcoming month's box.
• The Shipment (30th of the month): All monthly subscription boxes are packed and officially shipped out on the 30th.

Yes! You are never locked into a contract. You can easily skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your secure customer account portal on our website. To avoid being billed for the upcoming cycle, please ensure you submit your cancellation or skip request before the 15th of the month.

Because a portion of every sale is immediately deployed as a cash donation to the Beagle Freedom Project, and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons regarding household and personal care items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on subscription boxes. However, if an item arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact us at info@pawsandpurposeco.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will gladly ship you a replacement free of charge.
