Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a recurring monthly subscription to Paws & Purpose Co., you authorize recurring automatic charges to your selected payment method at our fixed rate of $39.99/month until paused or cancelled.
We believe in complete freedom and flexibility for our pack members:
• Full Flexibility: You are never locked into a contract. You can skip a monthly theme, pause your cycle, or permanently cancel your subscription entirely on your own terms at any time.
• Cutoff Deadline: To prevent being charged for the current month's box, all skips, pauses, or cancellation requests must be processed directly through your secure customer profile portal before the 15th of the month cutoff date.
• Auto-Billing: Billing occurs automatically on the recurring date of your initial purchase. Pre-orders close on the 15th, and curated boxes ship out via standard nationwide freight on the 30th of each month.
